At Home Media serves the Greater New York City area, including Westchester County, NY, and Fairfield County, CT. Please contact us if you're located outside of these areas, and we will see if we can help.

At Home Media provides real estate photography, real estate videography, drone services, floor plans, virtual staging, and Matterport 3D tours.

A typical photoshoot takes 1-2 hours, depending on the size and layout of the property. If the house is 100% photo-ready, it’s usually faster.

All photos, videos, and virtual services will be delivered within 24-48 hours after the appointment takes place.

Cancellations due to inclement weather will not incur a cancellation fee. However, all other cancellations require at least 24 hours' notice. Any cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a fee equal to 50% of the total booking fee.
